A LEGENDARY 1980s singer will be taking to the stage in Worcestershire.
Sunshine Festival, which takes place in Upton upon Severn this summer, has announced that Bonnie Tyler is the latest to be added to their line-up.
The 74 year-old will be taking to the Main Stage on Saturday, August 29.
Born in Wales, the singer is best known for her huge hits ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’ and ‘Holding out for a Hero’, making her among the most recognised vocalists of the 1980s.

She first rose to fame in 1976 with her single ‘Lost in France’, which reached the UK’s Top 10.
Soon after, she underwent throat surgery, which led to her developing her distinctive raspy voice.
Today, she has more than 1 billion streams to her name.
“Sunshine is beyond excited to welcome this music legend to the stage,” a festival spokesperson said.
Tyler joins a star-studded line-up, including The Fratellis, The Proclaimers, Tony Hadley, T’Pau and headliners JLS.
The festival is now in its seventeenth year, and organisers have promised it will be “bigger and better than ever” this year.
Tickets are already on sale for the family-friendly event, which takes place from August 27 to 30.
