A WORCESTER estate agents is celebrating a year of 129 per cent growth with an experienced addition.
Nicholas Kendrick, a former BBC actor turned property entrepreneur, joins Chartwell Noble, which has its Worcestershire and Herefordshire head office in Offerton Lane, as a self-employed partner agent.
Mr Kendrick will focus on the sale of premium country and village homes across key east Worcestershire postcodes.
He will manage his own portfolio of properties from initial valuation through to completion, giving homeowners one consistent point of contact throughout the entire selling process.
Mr Kendrick previously worked within the corporate environment of Fine & Country before joining Chartwell Noble’s self-employed model which allows experienced agents to operate as independent business owners while benefitting from central marketing and brand support.
Since 2015 he has also run his own family holiday rental business, bringing first-hand experience of property ownership and investment.
Earlier in his career Mr Kendrick trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and worked as a professional actor for the BBC.

He said: “My career path might seem varied but at its core it’s always been about people and performance under pressure.
“Acting taught me confidence, preparation and communication, all of which are invaluable when representing someone’s home.
“Having run my own holiday rental business for over a decade, I understand property from an owner’s perspective as well as an agent’s.
“Joining Chartwell Noble allows me to combine that entrepreneurial mindset with the backing of a strong brand while remaining fully accountable to my clients.”
For homeowners the model means a more personal and responsive experience. Rather than being passed between departments, sellers deal directly with Mr Kendrick throughout from valuation and marketing strategy to negotiations and completion.
As a business owner, he has the flexibility to tailor marketing campaigns, adapt strategy quickly and dedicate time where it matters most.
George Pickard, co-founder of Chartwell Noble, said: “Nick joining us marks a continuation of the new standard we want to set for village and country homeowners in Worcestershire.
“Premium homes deserve more than a ‘good enough’ service.
“They deserve complete accountability, personal attention and exceptional marketing.”
The firm, now entering its third year, says its partner agent structure is designed to remove the layers often associated with larger corporate agencies.
Ross D’Aniello, co-founder and CEO, said: “Chartwell Noble isn’t a typical franchise model where quality can easily be diluted.
“It’s a structure where exceptional agents are genuine business owners.
“Following an industry-leading 129 per cent growth year, we plan to continue to grow our market presence and services in the region and raise the standards for our clients.”
