First residents move into 52-home ‘hamlet’ near the Malvern Hills

THE FIRST residents have moved into a 52-property housing scheme in Leigh Sinton.

The Hamlet, developed by Lioncourt Homes, features a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes set close to the Malvern Hills.

The development launched to market in June 2025, with the Savills Midlands new homes team appointed to lead sales.

Joe Shorney, director at Savills Midlands, said: “This appointment reflects the trust that Lioncourt Homes continues to place in our team and our understanding of the regional new homes market.

“We’re looking forward to supporting the next phase of The Hamlet, a scheme that combines a strong location near the Malvern Hills with a broad mix of homes, at a point where buyer confidence and willingness to move is clearly strengthening.”

Larger house types are scheduled to be released in late summer 2026.

This is Savills’ second appointment for Lioncourt Homes and follows its involvement with the Westlands View scheme in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Jack Jones, head of sales and marketing at Lioncourt Homes, said: “The Hamlet is an important scheme for us in a highly attractive location, and as we move into the next stage of sales it was important to have the right team in place.

“Savills has a strong understanding of the regional market and a clear, practical approach to new homes sales, which aligns well with our ambitions for the development.”
