BARN conversion plans have been put forward for a farm near Worcester.
Proposals to turn an agricultural building at Cockshoot Farm in Wichenford, near Martley, into five homes have been submitted to Malvern Hills District Council.
Plans state: “Cockshoot Farm is a commercial arable farm comprising around 153 acres of land at Wichenford and is therefore an established agricultural unit.

“This barn has been previously used as a grain shed.”
Planning permission to turn the barn into one large property has previously been approved.
If the new application is also approved by the council, the applicant will be able to decide which plan to go ahead with.
