What is the weather forecast for next week?

In Worcester, temperatures are set to drop to 23C from Sunday, June 28, and remain there until Tuesday, according to the Met Office.

Its national forecast described conditions as “fairly changeable” at the start of the week, with spells of rain, showers, and a risk of thunder.

The cooler temperatures should give thousands of children across Worcestershire the chance to resume classes after schools shut due to the heat.
