A LAKESIDE escape is drawing crowds with its stunning scenery and fun activities.
Despite looking like a scene from the British Riviera, Lakeside Adventures is based in Hartlebury, Worcestershire.
The site features a spring-fed lake and a range of water activities including an aqua park, paddleboarding, and supervised open water swimming.
Lyz Fox, operations manager, said: “We are booming.
“Our first season was last year and this is our second season, we are 169 per cent up on last year already.
“We couldn’t ask for better weather for the tourism industry.”

The venue has proven especially popular during the current heatwave, with a high of 31C forecast this weekend.
Lakeside Adventures promotes itself as a safe alternative to swimming in hazardous locations such as rivers and quarries, with all sessions monitored by RLSS-qualified lifeguards.
Drone images of the site, captured by Drone Media UK, have sparked interest online, with many people eager to visit.
The eye-in-the-sky operator has likened Lakeside to Devon or Cornwall when viewed from the top down.
