A MAN has been banned after he was caught drink driving near Malvern.
James Matthias, 29, was travelling in a Ford Fiesta on Blackmore Park Road when he was caught over the limit.

A breathalyser test showed 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his breath.
Matthias, of Watkins Way, Malvern, pleaded guilty at Worcester Magistrates’ Court and was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks if he completes a course.
He was fined £500, ordered to pay a £200 surcharge and £85 in costs.
