A DRIVER has been fined hundreds of pounds for using his phone on the M5.
Joshua Green, 35, was caught on his phone while driving a Peugeot between junctions 7 and 8 of the M5 southbound near Worcester.

He was found guilty at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 17, and was fined £440, as well as being handed six points on his licence.
Green, of Shortwood Road, Pucklechurch, will also have to pay £620 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £176 surcharge.
