BOOKINGS for free flu jabs are now open.
Appointments start on September 1 for pregnant women and on October 1 for all other eligible adults and children.
Anyone registered with a GP practice and who needs a vaccination is advised to use the NHS website or app to book an appointment.
You can also call 119 free of charge to book over the phone.
Pharmacies will also offer walk-ins from October onwards.
Adults over 65 can get a free vaccine at a pharmacy, as can children aged two to three.
Free flu jabs are also offered to other people with certain long-term health conditions.
