A MAN from Pershore has admitted driving carelessly on a motorway.
Boston Goddard, of Avon Road, appeared at Bath Magistrates’ Court on August 27.
The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes without due care and attention on the M5 northbound in South Gloucestershire on July 13.

Goddard was fined £166 and he received three penalty points on his licence, with the court taking his guilty plea into account, which reduced his fine.
He was also ordered to pay £130 in costs.
