Inbetweeners star spotted at luxury hotel at edge of Cotswolds

An Inbetweeners star has been spotted at a luxury Oxfordshire hotel at the edge of the Cotswolds again.

James Buckley is an actor, musician, YouTuber and podcaster, best known for playing Jay Cartwright in E4 sitcom The Inbetweeners.

He is also known for playing the young Del Boy in the BBC comedy-drama Rock & Chips, and the 39-year-old has a podcast with his wife, Clair Buckley, called ‘The Buckleys’.

Mr Buckley also hosts the comedy podcast Joe and James Fact Up with fellow Inbetweeners star Joe Thomas, where they share weird facts and talk about their daily lives.

Last year he was among thousands who attended The Big Feastival, hosted at Alex James’ farm in Oxfordshire.

He posted a picture of himself on his Instagram story at The Feathers Hotel in Woodstock, describing it as a ‘lovely stay’.

Mr Buckley returned to the festival this year and again stayed at the hotel at the edge of the Cotswolds, with a photo shared on social media.

Duckers Style, a luxury travelling tailor, posted: “Friend, lovely to see you.”

The Feathers on Market Street in Woodstock is a boutique hotel housed in a Grade II listed building.

With four stars to its name, the spot provides a tranquil escape just moments from the iconic Blenheim Palace as well as the Cotswolds.

Reopened in October 2024 after a multi-million-pound renovation, The Feathers boasts 23 rooms and suites featuring bespoke Cotswold-made furniture and curated art.
