Rowan Atkinson has been put forward to host a revival of a legendary BBC TV series.
The Mr Bean actor, 71, lives in a modernist glass house in the Chiltern Hills, south Oxfordshire, designed by world-renowned architect Richard Meier.
Away from acting, he is well-known for his love of cars and boasts an impressive collection including a 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint, 1939 BMW 328 Roadster and a Honda NSX.

He famously crashed his McLaren F1 supercar twice before selling it in 2015 for roughly $12.2 million.
And now it seems his love of cars could land him a job on the new version of Top Gear.
The London Evening Standard has put him forward as a contender to be one of the new presenters.
“Rowan Atkinson is another car enthusiast and owns a multimillion-pound collection, making him another possible contender for Top Gear,” the paper reported.
“He has been a regular racing competitor and is particularly fond of the Goodwood Revival, saying there is no other race meet ‘in the world’ that can match it.
“Atkinson appeared on Top Gear during series 17, where he set a lap time of 1:42.2, making him the fastest celebrity on the leaderboard at the time.”
The BBC has confirmed Top Gear is returning to screens four years after a crash that almost killed presenter Andrew “Freddie” Flintoff.
Speaking at a panel event, the BBC’s director of entertainment Ed Havard was asked whether the show would be returning to the national broadcaster.
He said: “There has been a lot of speculation about this and we can confirm that Top Gear is coming back.
“I’m not going to talk about talent today.”
Havard had been asked whether Jimmy Carr would be hosting. He replied: “Jimmy would be a great host but I won’t be discussing that today.
“We will have more information on Top Gear shortly.”
