A CRASH involving multiple vehicles closed a main road for several hours.
The A38 was closed yesterday afternoon (September 12) for at least six hours following a crash near the roundabout with Aldi.
An air ambulance was called to the scene, with several witnesses stating that it circled above the incident for a few minutes before landing nearby.
Witnesses also say the crash involved at least four vehicles.
The crash happened before 3.30pm, and the A38 remained closed at 10.30pm, although the road has now reopened.
Pictures on social media have shown a badly damaged blue 4×4 on the A38.
West Mercia Police has been approached for comment but have not responded.
