A man has suffered potentially life-threatening injuries after a car collided with a wall in Kidderminster.
West Mercia Police said they were called to a collision on Comberton Road near King Charles I School at around 5pm on Tuesday (September 15).
The collision involved one car which had collided with a wall.
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “Officers were called to a collision on Comberton Road in Kidderminster at around 5pm yesterday (Tuesday, September 15).
“The collision involved one car which had collided with a wall. The driver, a man in his fifties, sustained serious potentially life-threatening injuries.”
The road was blocked for just over an hour with drivers advised to avoid the area.
There was heavy traffic whilst emergency services dealt with the incident.
The road was reopened at around 6.30pm on the same evening.
West Midlands Ambulance Service has been contacted for a comment.
