The lead singer of a Worcester punk band is launching a spoken word event.
Nicola Brassick, from the band Brassick, is set to host her first spoken word evening, ‘Use Your Words’, at Spin the Black Circle in the city centre.
Scheduled for Thursday, October 8, the event aims to celebrate diversity and promote equality.
All are invited whether they write “unfiltered spoken word high energy rhymes, thoughtful hip hop verses or classic recitations”.
The evening will also feature guest poet Spoz, the former Poet Laureate of Birmingham.
