A recruitment firm has earned triple ISO accreditation for its commitment to international standards.
Worcestershire-based Pineapple Recruitment achieved the certifications following an independent audit, earning ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
Kasia Krieger, director at Pineapple Recruitment, said: “Anyone can say they provide a high-quality recruitment service, but these ISO accreditations give our clients independent evidence that our processes have been assessed and meet recognised international standards.
“For us, it’s about giving our clients confidence in the service they receive from us.
“They can see that quality, sustainability and health and safety are not simply things we talk about – they are areas where our business is now independently recognised.”
The company has chosen to fully integrate these standards into its daily operations rather than treating them as separate benchmarks.
ISO 9001 ensures that Pineapple’s systems consistently deliver a high-quality recruitment service, while ISO 14001 guides its approach to environmental management and continuous improvement.
ISO 45001 helps the company manage workplace risks, health and safety procedures, and its overall duty of care.
In addition to the triple ISO accreditation, Pineapple Recruitment has also obtained Cyber Essentials certification, strengthening its approach to data and cyber security.
Ms Krieger said: “Achieving these accreditations is a significant milestone for Pineapple.
“It gives our clients and partners greater confidence that when they are working with a recruitment business that takes quality, sustainability, safety and data security seriously.”
