MOTORISTS travelling through Worcestershire are warned of a series of overnight M5 closures this week.
National Highways has scheduled several overnight closures affecting junctions around Worcester, Bromsgrove and the M42 interchange throughout this week.
The closures will allow maintenance work between Worcester and the West Midlands.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time for journeys and follow signed diversion routes during the works.

Around Worcester, the northbound exit slip road at Junction 7 will be closed from 9pm until 6am on the nights of October 13 and October 14.
The southbound entry slip road at Junction 7 will also be shut overnight from October 14 to October 17 as part of maintenance work between Junctions 7 and 9.
Further north, more significant closures will affect motorists travelling between Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
