A BEAUTY salon which started from a single room has grown to become the best in Worcestershire.
So Aesthetics in Worcester has been crowned the best beauty salon/clinic in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire at this year’s Muddy Stilettos.
Elated staff say that years and years of hard work have definitely paid off for the City Walls Road beauty salon, which started out in a room rented from a dental studio for one day per week.
Founded in 2017, the staff come from NHS backgrounds and put the business’s success down to patient safety and a loyal customer base.
Nicola Kitchin, one of the founders of So Aesthetics, said: “We are absolutely elated.
“Years and years of hard work have definitely paid off.
“We have a really great following, people have got trust in us, and they have no problem voting for us.
“We have a really loyal customer base. Patient safety is our top priority here.
“There are a lot of risky people who do what we do, but we are all highly qualified, highly experienced, and come from NHS backgrounds. I, for one, used to work in critical care at Worcester Hospital.
“Patents come to us because they feel safe, we have a lovely vibe, and great customer service. We offer a full range of treatments.
“We started out in 2017, renting a room at a dental practice one day a week, and the business grew really, really quickly.
“We took on the lease for where we are now, and within 6 months, Covid hit.
“We shut down and went back to our jobs in the NHS as doctors and nurses. We came back, and it’s been full steam ahead ever since.”
