If approved, two of the bedrooms would be used by children in care, with the third reserved for use by a carer working on a shift basis.
According to the planning statement, the property would be managed and maintained by qualified staff and be subject to Ofsted registration and inspection, with little physical alteration to the building or grounds.

The property has off-street parking for three vehicles, and pedestrian access to public transport and amenities is available nearby.
Worcestershire County Council’s highways department has raised no objections to the scheme, subject to conditions relating to the use of the parking area, highway surfacing, and provision of secure cycle storage.
The planning statement adds that the scheme aligns with national and local policy, including recent Government guidance encouraging planning authorities to support applications for children’s accommodation, reflecting local need.
