A care home has donated Easter eggs to women and children supported by a women’s aid charity.
Barchester’s Latimer Court, on Darwin Avenue in Worcester, collected more than 95 Easter eggs donated by staff, residents’ families, and the wider community.
The Easter treats were donated to West Mercia Women’s Aid, with Amber from charity collecting them from the care home.
Donna Tustin, general manager at Latimer Court, said: “As always, we’ve all been looking forward to Easter.
“It’s such a lovely time of year – the residents love all the colourful Easter eggs and we supported West Mercia Women’s Aid this year.”
Resident Margaret said: “It was so wonderful to see everyone go to so much effort.
“I really enjoyed supporting Women’s Aid donating Easter Eggs to a good cause, I hope they will enjoy them.”
Latimer Court is part of Barchester Healthcare.
