Driver banned for breaking trailer speed limit on M50

A DRIVER has been banned for breaking the trailer speed limit on the M50 in Worcestershire.

David Dando, 39, was caught speeding on the M50 near the Shuthonger overbridge last year.

As he was driving with a trailer, the speed limit was 60mph.

He pleaded guilty to speeding at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 14.

Dando, of Llonover Road, Blaenavon, was handed a six-month driving ban and three notional points.

He was also fined £300, as well as being ordered to pay £120 in costs and a £120 surcharge.
