AN EXHUMATION was overseen in Worcestershire during an infection control investigation, an official report reveals.
The process was overseen by an officer from Worcestershire Regulatory Services (WRS), which is supported by all of the county’s district councils.
In the report, WRS said: “Infection control investigations were undertaken into cases of norovirus and cryptosporidium across the district, and an officer was deployed to oversee an exhumation.”
The officer worked for WRS’s community environmental health team.
