A group programme is available to help Worcester residents quit smoking.
The “Smoke Free Future” is a free 10-week initiative providing tailored support and tools to manage cravings without medication.
Organised by Worcester City Primary Care Network, the programme encourages people to share experiences, offering both group and one-to-one individual support.
The programme starts with a welcome morning at St Wulstans Church in Cranham Drive on September 14 at 10am.
The initiative aims to make quitting smoking a less daunting process by building healthy habits and routines.
