FRESH plans to build two homes in a village have been submitted.
Full planning permission is being sought to build two four-bedroom homes off New Road in Flyford Flavell.
The site already has planning in principle (PIP) planning permission after being approved on appeal in 2024.

The application states: “The site slopes downwards from Radford Road to the north.
“The site is adjoined by two residential properties on either side.
“The boundary also adjoins four other properties, three of which lie off Old Hill.
“This application seeks permission for two four-bedroom detached residential properties with integral garages.
“Access to the site is via the existing entrance.”
