A new booking system has been introduced at Bilford Road Household Recycling Centre.
The move is aimed at easing congestion and ensuring better traffic flow.
From September 12, anyone wanting to visit on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays will need to book a time slot.
Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance, with a maximum of six visits allowed within any two-week period.
Currently no booking is needed from Tuesday to Friday and residents can turn up as usual.
Existing van e-permit rules still apply.
Worcestershire County Council said it was “a small change to help create a smoother, safer experience for everyone using the site”.
