A MAN was injured and taken to hospital after a crash on the M5 in Worcestershire.
Emergency services were called to a multi-vehicle crash between junctions 7 and 8 on the M5 today (Monday) just after 2pm.
A man was treated for injuries not believed to be serious and taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance said: “We were called to reports of an RTC on the M5 between junctions 7 and 8 in Severn Stoke, Kinnersley at 2.06 pm and sent an ambulance to the scene.”
National Highways and West Mercia Police joined ambulance crews on the scene.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police added: “Emergency services were on scene at a two-vehicle collision on the M5 between junctions 8 and 7 on the northbound carriageway.
“Paramedics were attending to those involved.
“The carriageway was blocked, and Highways were working to put a closure on lane one so lanes two and three could be cleared and reopened.”
The incident led to standstill traffic and drivers getting out of their cars to stretch their legs on the carriageway.
