A pensioner is due to be sentenced after admitting to masturbating in public view from his flat window.
Robert May, aged 73, of The Village in Chaddesley Corbett, is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today (Monday, October 19) for sentencing.
On September 15, May changed his plea to guilty to an act of outraging public decency – common law at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court.
He was accused of masturbating naked in his flat window in public view.
He is due to be sentenced this morning.
