A POLICE car and van were seen blocking a busy city road.
The vehicles were seen near the lights heading towards Droitwich Road late on Friday evening (April 17).
The car, which had been stopped at the lights, had its hazard lights flashing and appeared to have crashed or broken down.

Two officers had exited the vehicle and appeared to be unharmed.
The road was open and traffic was able to pass.
Just moments earlier, four police cars and an ambulance had been seen racing down Barbourne Road on blue lights. It is not known if the incident they were attending is linked to the stopped police vehicles.
