PLANS to build two three-bedroom homes on an ‘overgrown garden’ in Offenham have been revealed.
Scott Morgan is seeking full planning permission to build the homes on land off Station Road between Hawthorn Villa and 1 Linwood Cottage.

The site is around 1,800 square metres, which is ‘mainly overgrown garden with a small garage/storage building at the rear’.
Permission in Principle (PIP) planning consent has already been granted and two new access points, one for each house, would be created.
