A MAN has been banned from driving for several years after he was found to have cannabis in his system while driving.
Phillip Butler, 37, of King Charles Place, Worcester, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (May 7).

On December 4, 2025, Butler drove a BMW on Bransford Road, Worcester, with a proportion of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, in his blood which exceeded the specified legal limit.
He admitted to the offences and was banned from driving for four years, given a 12-month community order, and ordered to complete 80 hours unpaid work.
