Diglis Fish Pass celebrates huge visitor milestone five years on from opening

A POPULAR attraction under the River Severn has celebrated a major milestone five years on from opening.

Diglis Island and Fish Pass celebrated welcoming its 35,000th visitor on Saturday (May 9).

A spokesperson for Diglis Island and Fish Pass said: “A huge thank you to everyone who has been involved, especially the volunteers who give their time to lead tours and events, run sessions with school children, keep the island looking amazing, and keep the fish pass window clean.

“It would not be possible without you.”
