POLICE were called to a retail park in Blackpole after a man started “punching” people in a shop.
One shopper, who asked not to be named, said she had been browsing kitchens and bathrooms at B&Q in Elgar Retail Park on Sunday afternoon (June 14) when she saw a man who had become aggressive and started attacking customers and staff.
“I was upstairs and I look down and see a fight break out,” she said. “There was a guy who was being aggressive and shouting.
“He was trying to punch and hit any member of the public.

“It was quite shocking as I had just been there looking at kitchens and bathrooms.”
She said three police cars were called to the scene and she saw the man being taken away in one of them.
