Worcester businessman named amongst the best innovators in the UK

The nationwide celebration of the next generation of innovators is underway, with a Worcester-born entrepreneur receiving an award nomination.

Harry George, founder of AccuraData, has been shortlisted for the Young Innovator of the Year at the Innovation Awards 2026.

AccuraData helps organisations across the country improve their marketing performance, with the business’s headquarters based on Foregate Street.

The business has already received recognition and business award nominations prior to Mr George’s nomination, developing a strong reputation for data-led marketing solutions.

This nomination places him among some of the brightest, emerging innovators of the country.

Speaking about the nomination, Harry George said: “I’m truly honoured to be nominated for Young Innovator of the Year.

“While it’s an incredible personal milestone, this recognition is a reflection of the amazing team around me whose hard work, commitment and belief have helped turn ideas into reality.

“I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this journey – my team, family, friends, clients and everyone who has believed in what we’re building.

“No success is achieved alone, and I’m fortunate to have so many great people alongside me.

“To represent Worcester on a national stage is something I’m extremely proud of.

“This nomination is a celebration of how far we’ve come, but also a reminder of the exciting opportunities and ambitions still ahead.

“I’m looking forward to continuing to innovate, grow and create something that makes a real impact.”

Public voting for the Innovation Awards closes on August 2; the winners are set to be announced at a ceremony in Birmingham.
