A DRIVER who was caught drunk and uninsured on the M5 has dodged prison.
Olasubomi Yoosuf, 45, was driving a Mercedes dangerously on the M5 southbound near Wychbold.
He failed to stop but was later found to be over the alcohol limit and uninsured.

Yoosuf, of Wyrley Way, Birmingham, appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, failing to stop, drink driving and dangerous driving.
For drink driving, he was given a community order of 300 hours of unpaid work, and a 36 month driving ban.
For dangerous driving, Yoosuf was given 300 hours of unpaid work and a 12 month driving ban.
The court had taken “a preliminary sentencing view” of 34 weeks’ imprisonment but decided the “aim of sentence can be adequately met by the imposition of a community order”.
He will also have to pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
