At Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 10, Prosser pleaded guilty to one count of theft of a pedal cycle.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Prosser, of Brookthorpe Close, Worcester, was not handed a compensation order due to “insufficient details” being provided by the prosecutor.
