‘Incredibly proud’ – Hotel near popular beauty spot could be named county’s best

A HOTEL near a popular Malvern beauty spot could be named the county’s best.

Malvern Hills Hotel has said it is “incredibly proud” to have been named as a finalist in multiple categories at the Visit Herefordshire Tourism Award.

It has been shortlisted for Hotel of the Year, Taste of Herefordshire, as well as staff member Dawn Cox being shortlisted for the Unsung Hero Award.

Proud moment

“We’re incredibly proud and honoured to have been nominated in multiple categories at this year’s Herefordshire Tourism Awards, particularly Hotel of the Year,” a spokesperson for the hotel said.

“These nominations are a testament to the passion, dedication and hard work of our entire team, who go above and beyond every day to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Winners to be announced

Winners of the awards, which are now in their third year, are due to be announced at an awards ceremony in early 2027.

Herefordshire winners will then be put forward for the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.

The Malvern Hills Hotel sits on the corner of Jubilee Drive and the A449 Wells Road, directly opposite the car park for British Camp, one of the most popular walking spots on the hills.
