A leading property expert has joined a growing estate agency, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the industry.
Christian Sanders, who has spent decades advising clients across Worcestershire and the wider Midlands, has joined Chartwell Noble as a Partner Agent.
He is known for his expertise in country homes, farms, and rural estates, and has built a reputation for professionalism and local knowledge.

His appointment strengthens Chartwell Noble’s presence in the premium property market as the company approaches its third anniversary.

Before joining Chartwell Noble, Mr Sanders was a partner at Fisher German, where he played a significant role in the rural and residential agency department, specialising in the sale of high-value country homes and estates.
He also previously ran his own business, John Sanders, building a strong reputation for handling country house and farm sales and conducting property auctions across the Midlands.
As a Worcestershire native, Mr Sanders is well known in the community for his market knowledge and professional integrity.
