POLICE have revealed why a busy main road in Worcestershire was closed.
Police closed a section of the A449 between Ombersley and Hartlebury this morning (Wednesday) at the roundabout with The Mire Oak.

In an update, a spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: “The road closure was due to a medical episode.”
The road has since been cleared and traffic has resumed to normal.
