Dogs dressed as witches, pumpkins, and superheroes took centre stage in what could be Worcestershire’s first-ever Halloween dog parade.
Held at The Valley in Evesham on Friday (October 30), the event featured a colourful display of canine costumes and family-friendly fun, with visitors and retailers enjoying the playful atmosphere.
Dogs of all shapes and sizes delighted shoppers with spooky and creative outfits.
A spokesperson for The Valley said: “We were absolutely delighted by the response to our first Halloween Dog Parade.
“The effort people put into the costumes was incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many families, friends and their dogs enjoying the event together.
“The atmosphere was fantastic throughout the day, and we’re already looking forward to making it even bigger next year.”
The parade forms part of The Valley’s growing programme of community-focused events, helping to create memorable experiences for visitors throughout the year.
This year’s Halloween parade likely follows on from the site’s longstanding Christmas Dog Parade, which will return on December 6.
The annual event sees dozens of four-legged friends dressed in seasonal costumes parade through the shopping village, with prizes awarded for the best-dressed dogs and bonus points for owners who join in the festive spirit.

The parade starts at 10am, and participants are asked to meet outside Jollyes beforehand.
Entry costs £3.50 per dog and includes a commemorative medal.
The family-friendly event has become a much-loved Christmas tradition, attracting crowds of animal lovers from across Worcestershire.
