Worcester Bosch will contribute practical insights through talks, skill sessions, and work placements, while also helping shape the curriculum by taking part in a bi-annual employer forum.
The company will offer three work placements per year to HoW College students and assist in shaping educational content to better reflect industry needs.
Students and staff will also gain access to industry trends and practical experience through site visits and work shadowing.
The partnership will support corporate social responsibility goals by co-designing projects that improve skills, wellbeing, and opportunities for people in the local community.
Jo Shepherd, chief executive of Worcester Bosch, said: “We’re proud to be partnering with HoW College, an organisation that shares our commitment to developing skills and supporting the investment in the future workforce of Worcestershire.
“We look forward to building a strong and impactful relationship with the college and supporting the local community.”
Steve Munn, director of service operations at Worcester Bosch Group, said: “We understand that leaving education and securing your first job can be quite daunting for many young people.
“That is why we are delighted to be partnering with HoW College to help their students prepare for employment.”
The partnership aims to create a lasting impact by connecting education with industry and ensuring students are equipped for long-term success in the workplace.
