Two Worcester pubs are offering a free pint scheme ahead of England’s World Cup showdown with Argentina.
With the nation gearing up for England’s fourth World Cup semi-final appearance and first match against the Argentinians in over two decades on Wednesday (July 15), The Goodrest Tavern, Barker Street, and Old Greyhound, New Street.
The scheme, called the ‘Straight Through Crew,’ rewards customers on England matchdays who pre-pay for four matching draught with a fifth for free.

A matchday stamp card is checked at the bar as each pint is collected.
Operated by Admiral Taverns’ Proper Pubs, these establishments are part of a group of more than 200 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales.
Should England reach the final, the offer will also be available on Sunday (July 19).
