“This decision hasn’t been taken lightly, but we feel the time is right to pass the baton to new owners who can build on everything that has been established while bringing their own vision to this very special property, while we pursue our own exciting new venture.”
It has a detached family home and a luxury glamping village with 12 bell tents, which fit up to four people each, arranged in a picturesque layout in the Worcestershire countryside.

The family cottage maintains the older features, while also adding modern elements, creating a balance that still holds character.
It is only a short distance from Tenbury Wells.
The venue has excellent transport links, making it easy for guests to travel to and from the property.
The celebration space is set in former farming barns, with the main event space being the Brood House, which holds a seated capacity of up to 200 and has its own bar, dance floor, and DJ area.

Also including woodland and grass fields which can be used as an outside ceremony space, it has been described as a ‘one of a kind’ wedding venue by Hitched.
Senior business agent, Matt Hill, who is managing the sale process, said: “Rhyse Farm is a unique Wedding and Events offering a much different experience than what we often see in this competitive sector.
“The reviews for the business say everything about the atmosphere and moments that are created.
“With further growth potential, this opportunity to acquire both a stylish business and beautiful cottage within 19 acres isn’t one that we see very often and would advise anyone to get in touch at their earliest convenience.”
This venue is now on the market for an asking price of over £2,500,000.
