THE family of a man who died in a serious incident in Malvern a year ago have said they are struggling to find closure as the investigation continues.
On July 12, it will be one year since 52-year-old Paul Hart died after the early-hours incident on Belle Vue Terrace.
Three men, aged 26, 21 and 18, remain under investigation, having been arrested on suspicion of murder. The 18-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of assault.

Adam Ward, a nephew of Mr Hart, said the family continues to grapple with their loss and the fact that there are still no clear answers about what happened to him.
“We miss him deeply every day, and that absence is always felt,” Mr Ward said.
“As the investigation has been delayed, we’ve struggled to find closure, but we hold him in our hearts, hoping answers and peace will come.”

Legacy continues at Legacy Moto
In the immediate aftermath of his death, a huge number of tributes poured in for Mr Hart, who was especially well known among the biking community in Worcestershire.
The biker had also been the “driving force” behind Legacy Moto, a project to support men’s mental health through motorbike-related activities, which he was working on alongside co-directors Adrian Giles and Mick Woodhead.
Mr Giles said Mr Hart remains a central part of the project and that its new workshop in Bransford, which will be used for mechanical therapy, will be named after him.
In another promise to continue his legacy, one of the many people Mr Hart is said to have helped, named only as ‘Swiss’, has joined the senior leadership team of Legacy Moto.

“There is not a day that goes by without the Legacy Moto team thinking about Paul,” Mr Giles said.
“We cannot believe it is a year since his tragic passing.
“Now we have finally received planning permission for our new premises we have started work on the motorcycle mechanical therapy workshop.
“We plan to name the workshop ‘Paul Hart’s Workshop’ and will create a mural celebrating Paul’s life that will feature on the wall.
“A few weeks before Paul passed away, he recommended that ‘Swiss’, one of the men he supported through a very difficult time, should join the Legacy Moto senior leadership team.
“Paul believed this would help give Swiss a sense of purpose. We agreed and Swiss is still working with the Legacy Moto team today.
“So Paul’s legacy lives on. We will never forget him and miss him every day.”
