GoFundMe raises over £12,000 in days for family of man, 30, killed in M5 crash

OVER £12,000 has been raised for the family of a 30-year-old man killed in a crash on the M5 last week.

Josh Bruton, from Warwickshire died after the van was driving was involved in a crash near junction 9 (Tewkesbury) on Wednesday (May 6).

A GoFundMe was set up for Mr Bruton’s partner and son to support them with covering funeral costs and other financial pressures.

The initial target of £6,000 was hit within a few hours of the fundraiser going live, and the donation total reached £12,000 on Sunday (May 10).

Mr Bruton’s family described him as a ‘gentle giant’ and a man defined by his immense kindness.
