A DRIVER has been fined after a motorway speed camera caught him speeding at 47mph.
Nigel Simpson, 64, of Pickersleigh Road, Malvern, appeared at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (June 17) charged with speeding on the M32.
The court heard that Simpson had been recorded reaching a speed 47mph on a stretch of the M32 southbound, Bristol, on July 6, 2025.

UK speed limits explained
The speed limit on that stretch of road is 40mph.
He received three points on his licence, and was ordered to pay an £83 fine and a £33 victim surcharge.
