Plant nursery helps brighten Midlands Air Ambulance base

A plant nursery has donated greenery to brighten the entrance of an air ambulance airbase.

The Bransford Webbs Plant Company contributed a selection of plants to the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s Cosford airbase to help create a welcoming entrance to their premises.

The plants were carefully selected to suit the location and provide year-round interest, creating a natural and greener environment for staff and visitors.

David Chlivers, sales and marketing director, said: “We are delighted to support Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and the vital work they do.

“Being based in a rural Worcestershire community, we see first-hand the invaluable service they provide, delivering rapid, life-saving care when it is needed most.

“Their presence makes a real and meaningful difference to our local community, and we are proud to play a small part in supporting such an essential organisation.”

Midlands Air Ambulance Charity operates and funds three air ambulances in the region and provide patients with outstanding pre-hospital care and lifesaving intervention through the operation of helicopter led emergency medical services.

The Bransford Webbs Plant Company, a local wholesale nursery, is one of the leading ornamental growers in the UK.

It produces over 2 million plants annually and supplies them to garden centres from the top of Scotland to the tip of Cornwall.
