A recently reopened village pub has applied for retrospective planning permission to keep part of its beer garden.
The Old Oak on Stonebow Road in Drakes Broughton has applied for retrospective planning permission to retain its raised timber seating and decking area, as well as the associated boundary fencing.
The area forms part of the large beer garden behind the pub, which reopened on August 27 following a major refurbishment.

Wychavon District Council is currently running a public consultation into the plans, which will end on October 2.
