A MAN who was caught driving carelessly on a main road has been fined.
Bao Nguyen, 25, was driving a Ford Focus on Manor Way in Halesowen when he was caught.

He was found guilty of driving without due care and attention at Walsall Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 17.
Nguyen, of Graham Road in Malvern, was fined £169, as well as being given four penalty points on his driving licence.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £68 surcharge.
