A MAN was caught speeding on the M5 near Worcester but has avoided a driving ban.
Manned speeding equipment caught Mark Manley, 54, breaking the limit near the Green Street overbridge.
He pleaded guilty to speeding at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 19.

Manley, of Dale Garth, Scarborough, was fined £153 and given four penalty points.
The court decided against a driving ban as it would mean Manley would be unable to attend medical appointments.
He was ordered to pay £130 in costs and a £61 surcharge.
