A NEW café offering hot drinks and sweet treats has expanded into the centre of Worcester.
Guilt Trip Coffee and Doughnuts officially opened a new location on New Street on Friday (July 17).
After more than five years on Weir Lane, the New Street site is the fourth store, with the family business also having locations in Broadway and Cheltenham.

The cafe offers a range of doughnuts, toasties, and more. Including Blueberry Cheesecake, Summer Berries, and Death By Brownie.
Kurt Schonert, owner of Guilt Trip Coffee and Doughnuts, said: “We had our soft launch on Friday and our official opening on Saturday.
“This is our fourth store.
“We now have two in Worcester, one in Broadway, and one in Cheltenham.
“We opened because so many times I’ve had people come up to me and say, what is Guilt Trip?
“We’ve been in Worcester for five years on Weir Lane, and I couldn’t handle it anymore.
“So now we have a cafe in the centre of Worcester.
“We park in St Martin’s Gate Car Park all the time and saw that the site was available.
“This was an opportunity that we could not pass up, so we jumped at it.

“We first opened in 2021, and we are very excited. I decorated the shop myself and had lots of people coming up to me and asking when we would be opening.
“So far, we have had a very good reception.
“Friday was slow, but I think people were unsure if we were open.
“But Saturday and Sunday were very good.
“We are a small, family-run business and are always looking to expand where possible.”
